Yes! Our AFC, as well as our complete line of screen and surface protectors for iPhone 4, are completely compatible with the new iPhone 4S, along with all previous versions of the iPhone 4.
All exchanges will be made only with the identical product ordered.

All CRIMSON products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. If there is a material or manufacturing issue with any of our products, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Warranty is only valid with the original purchaser with a valid order# and matching email address. For example: if you buy from a 3rd party on eBay all warranties are void.

Yes! Crimson products are currently available in select stores worldwide with more being added every day. If your favorite store does not carry CRIMSON products yet, please let them know you want them to carry CRIMSON products, and also please get in touch with us so we can contact them to add them as a dealer.
Yes. They are compatible with all models of both the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.
No. CRIMSON screen protectors do not interfere with the responsiveness of your iPad 2 or iPhone 4/4S touch screen.
The front Mirror screen protector is a protective film that produces a mirror-like reflection for the front of your iPhone while it is off and will allow you to see your screen clearly while your iPhone is turned on (includes an Anti-Fingerprint surface protector for the iPhone 4/4S back).
The True Mirror Back surface protector is intended for the back of your iPhone 4/4S (also includes an Anti-Fingerprint screen protector for the iPhone front) and has the same reflective properties as a cosmetic mirror.
The Anti-Glare screen protector assists in diffusing direct light sources. The Anti-Reflection screen protector minimizes light reflection on the iPhone screen. Both enhance the readability of the iPhone display and reduce eye strain (each is packaged with an Anti-Fingerprint surface protector for the iPhone4/4S back)
Yes. Each retail package of CRIMSON iPhone 4/4S screen and surface protectors come with a front and back film protector to ensure your iPhone is well protected from scratches, smudges, oil, and dirt.

Yes. CRIMSON guarantees that all of our screen and surface protectors will be free of manufacturing defects. Please do not bend or crease the surface protector before application as this will increase the likelihood of bubbles, scratches or other defects.
You can remove bubbles by using a piece of clear tape to lift the film protector and then reapply, making sure no dust, dirt, or fingerprints were left under the film. You may also use the CRIMSON microfiber cleaning cloth (included) to press out any remaining bubbles.
Yes. CRIMSON film protectors may be removed, cleaned with water, and then reapplied. Please do not use abrasives or detergent when cleaning.
Yes. The CRIMSON case works on all the Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T iPhones. All iPhone 4 and 4S models worldwide are compatible.
Yes. Most third party headphones will work with the CRIMSON case. We have left a generous amount of space around the headphone jack to accommodate a wide variety of third party headphones.
No. The CRIMSON case is made out of strong, light weight aircraft grade aluminum and weighs only 19 grams (0.67oz).
The CRIMSON case will protect your phone from most bumps, bruises, and drops, but we cannot guarantee that the case protect your iPhone from everything. We do not recommend doing a drop test.
The CRIMSON case provides plenty of clearance for most charging cables on the market, but like all cases, we cannot provide clearance for the use of a dock or charging stand since they are designed to hold the iPhone without any case on them.
There are, however, many docks on the market that do fit with a CRIMSON case on your iPhone, and the iPod/iPhone adapter removed. If there is room around the base of your iPhone when it is in the dock, there is a good chance that it might fit.
Yes, the flash should work in any circumstance that would also work without a case on the iPhone.
It will not improve your reception, but it will help prevent reducing the signal strength by preventing your hand from touching the antenna.
In our testing, the wireless signal was the same with and without a CRIMSON AFC case. If you are in a marginal to very weak service area, you may experience slightly different results (with any case, not just a CRIMSON case).

Yes, all parts will be available to purchase separately soon along with new colors and finishes.
Most of the cases are finished with a highly durable anodized finish. An anodized finish is an electrolytic passivation process that adds a hard layer of oxide for color and abrasion protection. Some versions of our cases are also hand polished.
Remove case from iPhone and use a lightly damp cloth to buff it clean.
If a more thorough cleaning is required, soap and water may be used - just be sure to completely dry the case before putting it back on your iPhone.
Never use anything other than a DRY cloth to clean the case while on the iPhone.
Yes, most will work as long as they are not too thick. If the aluminum frame on your CRIMSON case bows, your screen protector is too thick. For best results use a CRIMSON brand screen protector or other high quality 3rd party screen protector.

The screws on the CRIMSON AFC Case are metric M2 screws. Depending on where you buy the allen wrench at, it may be labeled for M2, or it may give the allen head size. The allen head size is 1.25mm, or the closest in inches is .050".
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). Crimson does not cover these fees and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees upon receiving the item. Crimson will not offer any refunds for any international order once the order is shipped out.

Domestic (USA) shipping/handling is $10. Standard international shipping/handling is $20. Express international is $35.
UPDATE! For a limited time only, domestic (USA) and worldwide shipping is only $5 and expedited worldwide shipping is only $30.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Credit cards are accepted on the PayPal checkout page; no PayPal account required.
(PayPal also accepts e-checks if you would like to pay from your bank)
Please also be aware that there is a 3-5 day delay if you chose to pay via e-check. The exact delay depends on your bank.
We do our best to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see if we can catch it in time.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact your local post office with your Postal Reference No. as they may be holding your order after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
There is also a chance that your order is going through customs which would delay delivery.

If you did not receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped, then you order is still in process. When your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the shipping service to update their online tracking system with your tracking number.
Usually within 24 hours. If there is a problem with your order we'll let you know as soon as possible.
